Over the past few months, we had 3 issues which required the help of an attorney. The first was a real estate issue that developed after negotiations with another party failed. We were referred to Mike Yeazell, and in just a few hours on the same day, Mike took my call, and immediately developed an approach which resulted in a winning situation for both parties.

The second issue was a simple deed change that Mike handled expeditiously.

Because of the excellent service by Mike and staff, we stayed with RKPT on a third issue regarding a construction firm who had performed work at our home. We consulted with Rick Hamilton, met with him at the Elm Street office, and Rick supplied excellent advice which led to a very timely and successful resolution of that issue.

The legal assistants for Mike and Rick facilitate communication and both were very helpful. Both Mike and Rick have a direct, commonsense approach, and demonstrate expertise in their fields. We will continue to use RKPT for our legal needs.
