You stole $1000- from our family after 1 supposedly free meeting. So we gave our retainer fee. Then my parents died 19 days apart and you had not done anything. The pain was bad enough but then after paying for their funerals because they didn’t even have enough life insurance we couldn’t get our money back. It was truly a test of your character, integrity, ethics and just plain compassion as we knew our end of life paperwork would be done next. However you failed the test, when you let down and hurt seniors I cannot only work with you nor can I recommend you to all the seniors I work with and care for on a daily basis. It’s just not good business to mess with our feeble seniors!
