We never even got to speak to one of their attorneys as they advertise on their page. We only got to speak to an intake specialist and submitted documents. She later came back saying they couldn’t help me because “their firm was too small and the attorneys were too busy.” Didn’t even have the audacity to provide feedback. It could have taken less than 20 minutes of their time to provide me with any feedback but they didn’t. That shows the type of firm they are. I was willing to pay for a consultation but they probably thought we were too poor to pay. What a joke! Go somewhere else please.
