Do NOT go to this lady for anything immigration. She basically stole thousands of dollars from me/my family and did either nothing or the absolute minimal on my case. She would be unresponsive and give zero insight on how thing are moving forward (prob because nothing was being done). There are other immigration attorney in Raleigh area that will actually work for you and not simply take your money.

We consulted Rebekah Grafton after applying for parole in place with another attorney, which was denied. Rebekah did the following things.
• Conducted an in-depth interview with my wife to fully understand every aspect of her circumstances and available options.
• Initiated an inquiry with USCIS on her denied case via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to understand why the previous attempts had been denied.
After understanding all the facts, Rebekah laid out available options based on immigration law. When we chose one, we worked with her staff, who were thorough and professional in gathering all documents needed for the submission of our I-131. After the form was approved, Rebekah succeeded where another attorney had failed twice; we traveled and returned to the US without incident.
Per Rebekah’s plan, we submitted a I-785, I-130, and I 485 (green card). As before, the staff was extremely competent, and forms were speedily sent to USCIS for consideration.
