I contacted them SEVEN separate times asking for just an initial consultation. I emailed and called. Each time I called, they told me to make an email request. No one bothered to answer my emails. I even asked if there was someone specific I can address my emails to, and they said, "No." I also told them over the phone that no one was answering my emails, and they did not seem to care. I thought about texting the phone number on the website, which I think is the attorney's cell, but it was just not worth it -- after several MONTHS of trying to contact them, I gave up and went to another attorney. Very, very disappointing and frankly unprofessional behavior from an attorney and law firm.

EDIT: This is NOT a fake review. Like many people, including others who have reviewed this business, I use an alias online to protect my privacy. I do not want to blast to the public the names associated with my legal issue. I have also chosen not to include screenshots of my emails because I do not want to make the details of my case available on Google.

This firm saved my life in many ways . I am forever blessed to have hired them . The compassion shown through my whole case was amazing . I cannot thank them enough to this day.💙

I do not recommend this office to anyone. It is far from trustworthy and unreliable. When I started with them initially, they said one thing, but things kept changing over time. Later, they sent me a statement of the remaining balance, and I asked them to cancel the contract and return my remaining money. I discovered that I had $638 left. However, when they realized I wouldn’t continue with them, they claimed that my account had no money and that I owed them an additional $1,099. Instead of resolving the case for $5,000, it ended up costing me $6,200, and they did absolutely nothing. That’s why I suggest anyone new should look for another office if they haven’t started yet.
