I was given a ticket for hit and run for a parking lot fender bender. I had no damage and not sure of any real damage to the other car However when a cop rang my door bell and asked if I hit anyone at the parking lot. I told him exactly what happened. Same time I also had a phone call from my insurance company. I told the adjuster what had happened and said I had no damage to my car. They asked me to get the car checked. I went and saw a collision company same afternoon and their technician checked the car and said there is no damage not even paint damage. To represent me for the serious charge I contacted Kurtz and Blum. I sent them copy of my ticket. After that and few phone calls, today I got message that court has voluntarily dropped the charges. My first case for hit and run ended in full dismissal of charges. My since thanks and appreciations to the attorneys and staff at Kurtz and Blum for their professional handling of the case, from the time I called to now and in between calls to find out the status.
