This attorney used deceptive practices and did not follow the law for eviction. Completely a bully. She went to court again without my knowledge and sued me again and won. All while she sits on a check from the first case. I am too busy fighting cancer to fight back. I lived in the apartment 19days. I rented for it for a year. I paid 3 months rent if you count the security deposit. How is that even possible. Also I had a eviction notice taped to my door, on the same day I sold my home in Illinois. If that impresses you, she might be a good fit. But in the real world. This all washes out in the end. Illegal is illegal even if no one was watching. The landlord already put it up for rent again 4 days after I loved in. Very strange experience.

I do not recommend using this attorney if you are filing for divorce. She appeared to care about the case in the beginning, but that all changed later on. Because I was the petitioner, she should have written the final agreement up in my favor since I filed for the divorce first. Instead, she waited for my ex-husband's attorney to write up the agreement in his favor. She wanted me to agree to all his terms so that the divorce could be finalized. She never negotiated anything in my favor. She worked hard on trying to get me to agree to my ex-husband's terms. If I would have agreed to those terms, I would have had to file bankruptcy. Because I wouldn't agree to those unethical terms, she withdrew from the case and I had to search for another attorney. Divorce was already difficult and she made it even more challenging for me. She found ways to use up most of my retainer fee because she didn't do much on my case. I was devastated at this type of behavior from someone who had been practicing law for a number of years. I wouldn't wish this type of experience on anyone. Save yourself the time , money, and energy by not using this attorney.
