I received a “we missed you” notice from this law office on my door on a Saturday afternoon. After an entire weekend of worrying about who on earth could possibly be suing me I picked up the notice at the post office. Imagine my surprise and anger when I realized they had notified the wrong company! What a competent law office would have done was confirm the name of the company and owner with their client. Even if they were not sure they could’ve checked the publicly available permit records for the address of the incident, which would list both the company and the owner!

After contacting the office (5 calls during business hours before 1 was answered) I was told “this happens sometimes”. You should sooner light 300/hr on fire before handing it to a firm who cannot get the name of the defendant in your lawsuit correct. If you’re looking for attention to detail past a 5th grade level I would highly suggest going elsewhere
