I have no respect for this law firm especially Attorney Damon Wooten. He is a liar and his word means nothing.My parents used this law firm and because of there age being senior citizens they don't always understand the documents they are signing.i am there power attorney and was not allowed to sit in the room with them as they signed document after been told I would be allowed too. I would never use this law firm ever and will never let any of my family use this firm. I have no respect for attorney Damon Wooten !!!!!!

Protect your hard-earned money, and do your homework before hiring counsel.

I won’t lay out every detail publicly, but I hired Damon Wooten years ago and spent well over $20,000. I was led to believe the matter would proceed to trial, yet the case never went to trial, and the portion of fees that were not earned or expended was not refunded. That experience was more than enough to ensure I would never retain him again.

Since then, my husband and I have become proud owners of 25 rental properties in Maryville, and through years of criminal, business, litigation, and estate matters, I’ve learned exactly what competent representation looks like—clear communication, ethical conduct transparent billing, and a lawyer who actually advocates for the client who is paying the bill.
