I had a very difficult divorce. I hired another attorney first and her firm screwed up a protection order hearing so bad I knew I needed help. Bob came very highly recommended and now I see why. I met with him and was impressed by how frank and honest he was. My situation meant there was a good chance I would have to sell my house and business to be able to come to a settlement agreement. Bob helped me take the emotion out of the process and treat it as a business transaction, which is really what divorce is, and make logical and fair arguments to begin making progress. He and Michelle help my hand through the process and made sure to explore all the options. We came to a fair custody agreement for my kids and ex. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN !!! I do not even know where to begin. If you are entertaining retaining Mr. Clothier and his team please please pay atention to the following! They are very personable so I thought I was in good hands however Mr. Clothier and his team are just horrificaly incompetent.
- They made a 100k dollar mathmatical error that I caught at mediation on the value of my house.
-The billing is not tracked accuratley at all so realy document everything. They will ask for documents several times and then bill you every time.
- The unorganization is awful, Mr. Clothier literaly forgot I was the one who Filed for divorce.
