I was so impressed during my chat with Attorney Votra. You can tell right away she is highly intelligent and very patient. Her staff is also very on top of things and I would recommend the firm highly for your needs.

I had a 2022 Silverado that unfortunately was a lemon. Quill and Arrow was one of the law firms that I reached out to. I decided to go with them as they were very responsive and seemed to be on top of everything. As soon as I signed the documents. Silence. I would never get an update unless I reached out. On average I would get 1 response for every 5 emails I sent. I would sign up for a call through their calendar system and still would not get a call back. When I was able to talk to someone, the point of contact would constantly change. They would call me and ask the same questions I had answered 3 other times and would be unable to answer the questions I had. Our communications would be on average 2 months apart. I was told in the beginning that this process would take 12-18 months. My overall process took 25months. I was told that it was due to the manufacturer dragging their feet; however, with some of the research I have done I am not sure I believe this. In addition, I had a friend that had a 2023 GMC that was also a lemon. His process only took 8 months through another lemon law attorney. Once everything was over and the lawsuit finished. I was told that the surrender process would take 3-4 weeks after I turned the vehicle in. Quill and Arrow made it seem as if the manufacturer would take 3 weeks to get them the settlement check. Quill and Arrow received the settlement check roughly 4 days after I surrendered the vehicle. They proceeded to take 3 weeks to “process” the check. I do not understand how it takes 3 weeks to make sure the dollar value is correct and then get me the dollar value that was already determined months before. When asked why this is taking so long all i was told is that it will take 3-4 weeks after surrender. I was never able to get a good answer. I was constantly told by them that GM was slow and not responding but I am now convinced that it was Quill and Arrow dragging their feet as well. All in all, my experience was horrible. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. The only way I feel progress would be made was if I constantly called and pushed for updates. The only good thing that came out of this entire experience is that we won the lawsuit.
