I can’t believe how lucky I got that a friends colleague (both lawyers which says a lot) recommended this Firm!!!! I have a problematic tenant who leveled a myriad of false accusations before she landed on “water contamination” and then refused to pay rent. They advised me on exactly what to do on my end, and they were able to negotiate terms for a judicial settlement which is binding, unlike cash for keys. ELIZA was the person handling everything for my case and she has been OUTSTANDING. She’s brilliant and kind and takes the time to listen- even if it’s not necessarily relevant for what she needs to be able to file for eviction. She took a 2-4 month time frame down to 4 weeks. Marcella who initially did my intake was also so kind and thoughtful and actually recognized my voice after only a few times of speaking with her. I spoke to 4 other lawyers before JZ Law was referred to me and not only were the other firms retainers were close to double the price, but they all seemed sort of smug and flippant.
