I used them once in the beginning of this year and it was ok. I used them again now and it was just bad. I had a lot of money wired to them a day before closing on a house but the closing didn't happen so they were supposed to send that money back but took almost 3 weeks to send that money back because the attorney was just really busy. If im not important then I'll go somewhere else since your attorney doesn't even have time to return someones moeny back and it's a huge amount. Messed everything up and they would barely respond to me when i would ask questions about closing so i was already unhappy.

Daijah was so amazing handling my husbands case, her attitude, professionalism, and confidence was everything that we needed. She was always on top of any questions I had or my husband had, hopefully in the future I won’t need her but if I do Pratcher & Associates would be my number 1.
