Porter Law Firm

This is really a company of debt collectors, not a law firm. Unfortunately, they know a little bit about legal protections to HOAs, even when home owners have valid claims (in my case, I was charged interest and late fees on the HOA's mistakes upon billing - which I had refused to pay out of principle and because the HOA acknowledged its mistake but failed to remove those extra fees). Using the law to enrich a portfolio and achieve some revenue via ridiculous fees shows their greedy colors... (actual fees: Draft and Mail Initial Demand Letter - $160; Review File with Legal Assistant (Final Demand) - $30; Review Account Statement for Final Demand - $80; Draft and Mail Final Demand Letter - $100). I chose not to defend myself legally. Not worth the higher expense and stress. Let me put it this way: I would not use Porter even as a landlord. Call me old fashion, but I believe Law should be practiced with some decency, respect and fairness.

This lawfirm is completely trash. Don't expect a call back from them immediately it takes 4 to 5 days. I can understand 48 hours but 4 to 5 days is ridiculous. The lawfirm doesn't even apologize for the delay they act like nothing happened. Poor customer service. Their are way better lawfirms out here. Your lawfirm will be closed soon. Porter you suck just give it up and practice something else you're good at because its not law. People not giving you money for your rudeness.
