I have had a very good experience with my lawyer, R.Osgood. Her profile was transparent, great education, and some of it local, from a reputable firm that is in good standing. A female lawyer is a great choice for me. I know she has had to work harder to get ahead. She does right by me. She is consistent, we communicate, and i follow her advice. She is understanding, but to the point, and she has an edge that i think is needed to fight in court.. I chose the right person to help me..... C.L

I selected this firm because of its reputation and because I had heard from multiple people that they are among the best in the field of Workers' Compensation.

My claim began in June 2025. More than a year later, I am still waiting for a resolution and have not received Temporary Total Disability benefits. During that time, I was approved for Social Security Disability, and I have remained unable to return to work.

I understand that Workers' Compensation cases can be complex and often move slowly. For that reason, I have tried to remain patient and trust the process. However, as time passes, the financial and emotional strain becomes increasingly difficult. I am now facing the possible loss of my home after more than a year without employment income.

My primary concern is communication. I was recently expecting a return call and did not receive one. While that may seem minor, when someone is depending on the outcome of their case for their livelihood, communication becomes incredibly important.

I continue to believe I chose a highly respected firm, which is why I have remained patient and hopeful. My purpose in posting this review is not to criticize, but rather to encourage communication and hopefully reconnect with the team handling my case.
