I selected this firm because of its reputation and because I had heard from multiple people that they are among the best in the field of Workers' Compensation.

My claim began in June 2025. More than a year later, I am still waiting for a resolution and have not received Temporary Total Disability benefits. During that time, I was approved for Social Security Disability, and I have remained unable to return to work.

I understand that Workers' Compensation cases can be complex and often move slowly. For that reason, I have tried to remain patient and trust the process. However, as time passes, the financial and emotional strain becomes increasingly difficult. I am now facing the possible loss of my home after more than a year without employment income.

My primary concern is communication. I was recently expecting a return call and did not receive one. While that may seem minor, when someone is depending on the outcome of their case for their livelihood, communication becomes incredibly important.

I continue to believe I chose a highly respected firm, which is why I have remained patient and hopeful. My purpose in posting this review is not to criticize, but rather to encourage communication and hopefully reconnect with the team handling my case.

I would greatly appreciate an update regarding the status of my claim and the path forward.

Too cheesy all over the city - bad billboards

The woman they switched me too was very rude I didn’t appreciate her time , I think her name was Sydney. If you get her I would request a different teller.

They don’t pickup the phone, nor do tuey call you back. They also don’t explain what is going on, or how to proceed how to fix things. They finally got back to me and explained everything. Hope they win my case considering the Judge apparently doesn’t understand my condition or doesn’t have any empathy.
