I was referred to Cohen, Pacitella, & Roth after a very serious injury, and I worked with Jared. From the beginning, Jared was nothing but nice, sincere, professional and caring. He was very clear and easy to understand. He was also very compassionate and I could tell that he cared about me as a person and what happened. In this instance, Jared and crew couldn't help me out, but he referred me to another attorney, made the introduction, and has followed up and checked in with me to see how everything is going. I can't tell you how many times I have thanked Jared for being truly just a good human. If you are on the fence about hiring an attorney, don't be. Jared is a real class act and you will feel instantly like you have known him for years! Thank you Jared for your help through this very tough time!

The person who reached out to me didn’t ask to speak *to me* as a person. She asked to speak to “a [my name].” It was as if I were an object, not a human being. The lack of awareness and courtesy in how they spoke made it very clear they didn’t see me as a person at all. On top of that, the caller’s vocal tone (extreme vocal fry with every single word) was unpleasant and unprofessional. Interactions like this shouldn’t represent any business.

I first started working with him during a very difficult time for my family, and he supported us in every possible way. He guided me through each step, checked in regularly, and consistently went above and beyond what I ever expected from an attorney. Not once did he ever say something wasn’t his job or outside our contract—he always helped me find a solution or connected me with someone who could.

To say you can help me and had myself sign on with you, then drop me because your 'doctors' say my scars would be the same 'either way' when I had huge deep wounds, with home care visiting me everyday as a result of malpractice with the doctor admitting he should have done the procedure differently is outlandish. I noticed Rachel sounded like she didn't want to take my case until her colleagues told her to initially, but I gave her the benefit of doubt. After I signed on I was advised via email, that someone would reach out to me in 1-2 business days, that was a lie. After 1 week I had to reach out to the firm via email for a status . Everything happens for a reason so I'm not complaining about this firm not taking my case. I am complaining about the level of unprofessionalism and mistreatment I have recieved with not even an apology for the mistreatment and unprofessionalism.
