Mr. Pocklington did an initial consult . I paid for his time, and I sent him a detailed list of follow-up questions. He told me he needed a formal agreement before proceeding, and I told him to go ahead and send it. He said he would send agreement after he returned fom vacation . I waited 3 weeks (after he returned from vacation).with no response. I followed up, and only then was I told that he was too busy to take my case. If he knew he didn't have the capacity, I wish he would have told me that from the start rather than letting this drag on. It's cost me time I didn't need to lose.
