Bad decision by a good firm. Jack, jack, jack, why would you bring in Richard Feinberg to your law firm. He is an embarrassment to the law community in Brevard County and there is a reason he no longer has his own practice. I watched him botch a case by being so unprepared and not caring about the subject at hand and only cared about money. Once he received his retainer he checked out. Even the jidge was baffled at his lack of preparedness. He definitely has a lack of respect for woman and children and their well being. He is very magical though, because once you pay him he magically disappears. This does not reflect on the Platt firm, only the attorney Richard Feinberg which they brought in.

Everything about this firm is amazing Except Richard Feinberg This review is based on Richard Feinberg ONLY! He doesn’t care about his clients well being and only cares about the making The Almighty dollar without doing the work that’s needed to support your case. I’ve never seen such negligence ,unpreparedness, uninvolved lawyer when in fact, I submitted tons of voice recordings, document and emails that he used none of when we went to court . He said text messages were just enough well it wasn’t just enough. I gave him all pertinent information in regards to my case which he did not submit any of it on my behalf .He did no research on my ex-husband and turns out my Ex husband had a previous injunction, which would’ve applied to my case if he would do his homework or even cared at all. He did zero forensic accounting and never went through his books that he provided. He made a fool of me in court, and even the judge said so based on his lack of information and no knowledge and unpreparedness of the case. I could’ve made this a generated AI response but I didn’t. This is coming from my heart and soul. This man charged me a lot of money to make a fool of me in court with no outcome. I fired him at the court house and I had to then start over with a new lawyer. He does not support women and children. I wish I would’ve known going in. He was part of the good old boys club supporting men. I’m writing this so no one else gets taken by and made a full of by Richard Feinberg RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!!!! I have all supporting evidence and proof to back these claims up against Richard Feinberg, please inquiry . Don’t make the same crucial mistake that I did that affected me and my daughter‘s future !!! still right now , two years later it’s effecting us! To sum this up, I gave him all the evidence and proof and documentation to make this case easy for him, and he used none of it . Excellent experience with Jack, Kellie and the staff

The staff was very nice, my attorney was very busy with other things and never listened to anything that was going on with well being, very disappointed with his actions, no help at all.
