I called on Friday and was treated poorly by the representative on the phone. She was clueless and expected me to have all the answers when I was trying to get help on a case. She was talking to me with short answers and a long awkward silence and she all of a sudden went full silent and I can only hear her breathing, then hung up without a word. Get your teenage daughter off the hotline and get some professional. It is Tuesday now and after I called again, she didn’t put down any of my information. I will take my business elsewhere where.
