If I could give this firm zero stars, I would. Rex Patterson quit BEFORE my 10-day notice on work being done and refused to answer questions about work in progress which as discovery, etc., that Rex himself was “supposed” to be checking over since December 2025. It was finally served in March 2025 and then just dropped with absolutely zero follow-up of any kind. In the same respect, the respondent hired a lawyer, so Patterson Law gave them another 30 days to produce responses to the original discovery questions, which were also dropped like they never existed with no status being provided to me other than “the other attorney in will have to get that to you now” when I was still just a couple days in to my 10-day notification!

Randal Scarborough has been allowed to get away with it very serious civil and criminal crimes while conspiring with people he should be in jail with.

Shame on you REX for following the position YOU took on this. Everyone deserves a defense, and in saying what you did, you broke the oath you took to uphold the law.

When I first spoke to you, you had me convinced you were the greatest attorney on the planet. Now, I see how jaded you are towards women who are disabled. You have an absolutely horrible attitude!

While you will say that the issue is based on something else, I will tell you I listened to your every word, took copious notes, and can now tell you the ONLY thing that you firm wants is not justice for your clients, but it is more money in your bank accounts and escrows,

I appreciate the work Austin did on my case, but to be charged at the rate of $100 to file a piece of paper, that is highly ridiculous billing. Additionally, we have to file the same piece of paper 3 and 4 times WHY exactly? Ridiculous and completely ineffective.

When YOU gave me a project to work on, I WAS working on it! You have absolutely no idea the magnitude of the size of the project that you gave me to do, NOR HOW AbSOLUTELY WRONG YOU ARE about what you have said VERY egregiously regarding the criminal activity (which I did NOT do.)

You have judged me wrongly and I do not deserve it. The things you have said have ALL been documented, unfortunately for you.

I just asked for simple things and you know exactly what they are, and in reference to your snide comment, they are NOT from 25 years ago! I was not even married then, REX! Do you remember your comment about 25 years ago? You should because you owe me an apology for that.

You also owe me another big one, as well. I guess you would rather find that out from the Bar with a disciplinary request and the Indiana Indiana State Attorney General’s Office.for your absolutely unethical behavior for not knowing what you were even talking about and, yet, doing it so confidently. Please fact check your facts. All of them.

And provide me EVERY DAY of the 10 days of service that your lying letter promised and yet, delivered nothing, even when I asked. Just so you know, even though we were on a conference call, I heard you shush Austin and tell him NOT to answer my question on filing a contempt citation. You should have let Austin answer, Rex.

This was a breach of trust, services, and fiduciary responsibilities. Turns out being an attorney has a few rules you have to abide by and you can’t just whisper and make up your own rules and expect to get away with it like you thought you would,

That was worse than you telling Austin and the rest of the staff not to fulfill your obligations of the 10-days of service I did not receive. Yes, I know about this, too. What lie are you going to come up with to cover this up so it looks like you never said it? Too late because I already know that you DID.

Great group you have, everyone was very professional, responsive and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for helping me get my case completed in a timely manner! I appreciate all the help you and your staff was able to provide!
