Parnell & Scales Law Office

So I had Mr Scales appointed to a case involving my business and honestly I think Scales is a really good man, however, getting in touch with him is almost impossible to do and communication has definitely been an issue. Sometimes it’s as if maybe he has to much going on, but regardless you must take care of your clients. I have no doubt in his ability as a lawyer, but even some of the office assistants can and often are very rude and condescending over the phone, and forget about getting a timely response. When your client does their part in keeping up with court date by checking the websites, and calling the office to never get a response, and never mind the changes that are barely announced that the website for looking up court dates or filing paperwork has changed, even still getting in touch with one of your clients should be priority, regardless of paid or appointed. So all in all I gave the law office a solid two stars for their combined expertise, but that’s it.

Have had a case for me since last year, still no resolution and haven't even made progress. Hard to get ahold of them to even get an update, It was a straight forward case with video evidence.
