The Biggest mistake I ever made was coming here for help. I seriously should have followed my first mind. Someone scheduled a QME appointment for me 4 hours away and then waited until I got there to tell me my appointment had been canceled. I never even got an apology or a call back. The staff just sold me a dream for whatever reason. Thanks to all of those involved!

I had a problem with a lawyer, and honestly, I don't recommend them at all.

Alejandra and Chris never make themselves available for their clients. This man should lose his license. They have left me unpaid for weeks at a time and have lost payments of mine with no plan of returning them to me. I call all the time and they try to schedule return calls a week out when I don’t even have a phone anymore because they won’t pay me properly. They are a disgrace. STAY AWAY

UPDATE below***-Disorganized, dismissive, and automated — a total waste of time for airline workers. Don’t be fooled by the “airline worker specialist” marketing. I’ve been with a major airline for over 3 years and have an active, well-documented corporate dispute already on the formal deposition track with a July denial. When I called seeking aggressive representation to replace my passive counsel, the intake worker, Caesar, was completely dismissive. He barely asked any questions, showed zero understanding of complex corporate retaliation, and told me to stick with my current firm because my case required actual litigation work. The moment I hung up, their automated system sent me a cold, generic rejection text. This place is just a high-volume settlement mill looking for easy, cookie-cutter cases where the employer quickly folds. If you’re an airport employee with a serious, high-stakes retaliation case, look elsewhere — this firm doesn’t have the trial stamina or staff to take on a major airline. I can’t believe all the five-star reviews! *update below -Right after I posted my initial review, the Director of Intake, Almarie, stepped in personally. She listened to the audio of my call, acknowledged the communication breakdown, and reached out with a genuine, professional apology. From that moment, everything changed. Almarie took the time to really understand my complicated two-year case, my active deposition status, and the medical leave issues I’m dealing with. She skipped the usual automated process, officially retained me, and is personally, complete with a dedicated 30-minute introductory briefing. She also recognized the high-exposure civil aspects of my file. While the initial intake screener didn’t grasp the depth of my active corporate retaliation workers’ comp case, the leadership’s swift and decisive action showed they truly value their commitment to workers. I’m extremely pleased with how quickly they acted to protect my case.

RUN, These ppl are terrible. Look else where, do not trust them with any of your information, all they care about is money. Marco and Bryan are beyond unprofessional. They will not do anything to help you or your case but on the initial intake call they want you to sign a document agreeing to pay 15% after that you will be ghosted. They had me send over my sensitive documents via text, who knows what they are going to do with them, probably identity theft. All these 5 star reviews here are fake and I’ll be reporting this company to the BBB!!! RUN
