My daughter and I recently met with Cyndy Fenninger and after one consultation we knew we were in good hands. I needed all new documents for North Carolina, and I wanted someone knowledgable and trustworthy to set up a Revocable Trust. Cyndy made the process a seamless one, and I am very satisfied

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the receptionist. I initially called and left a voicemail. When she returned my call, I was on another line and politely asked if she could give me five minutes so I could call her right back. She stated she was calling to inform me that they do not handle legal representation related to property management. As I attempted to explain that this was not the assistance I was seeking, she abruptly and aggressively cut me off to repeat that they do not handle those matters.

When I finally had an opportunity to speak, I informed her that legal representation regarding property management was not even the reason for my call. I informed her that, because she would not allow me to finish a sentence I was unable to clearly explain my actual inquiry. She then proceeded to hang up on me mid-sentence, once I expressed that to her.

The entire interaction was very distasteful and unprofessional. Communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and this experience fell far below what should be expected from a front office representative.
