I initially sought the legal counsel of Jana K. Jones law office due to the good reviews and high ratings. Now, after being a client of theirs to assist me in the legal proceedings of my own divorce, I can add to the high praise this law office receives. On first contact I spoke with John to get my original consultation appointment scheduled all entirely over the phone which was a seamless process. My case was assigned to Stephanie, a paralegal at the office who supported me through every step of the way from drafting documents, phone consultations, and responding to Emails. All proceedings were very straightforward, everything was explained to me in detail, all questions were answered, and Email responses were received in a timely manner never exceeding 24 hours from the initial message. When the opposing party in my case reached out to their team, I received an identical copy of what was sent to them. Nothing was ever forwarded without my consent and I always received a copy to keep for my own records. The entire team was very attentive, helped me feel seen in the midst of a very difficult time, and provided excellent support. I would highly recommend this law office to anyone in need of legal counsel on marital divorce looking for a supportive, compassionate, and professional team standing beside you.
