I've been closely working with Janet since September 2021. My husband and I first worked with Charron O'Neill, the originator of my husband's trust.

All staff members, along with our attorneys have been exceptionally helpful. The manner in which they prepare Trusts reflect sincere insight, objectivity, character, and vast knowledge. Every time I have a question, someone responds usually the same day.

Janet genuinely cares about her clients. I don't know how she does it with such patience. The estate I'm presently working on includes many sensitive challenges. Topics can often become confusing for the beneficiaries and me, but Janet keeps us focused. She performs her responsibilities, and assists her clients in the most empowering way possible. Her mindfulness about not wasting estate monies is most refreshing.

I have zero reservations in recommending O'Neill and Woolpert. I have one suggestion for potential clients, borrow or purchase books on being a successor trustee, executor, and/or designated power of attorney, etc. In my opinion websites I've read do not provided enough in depth information.

My last comment is that Janet is very busy, because she's extremely dedicated. Regardless, I consider Janet as being very approachable and thorough.
