Law Office of Sondra L. Golla

I had a consultation scheduled with this office regarding a time-sensitive probate/trust matter involving a recent death in my family. The next-day appointment was offered by the office; I did not demand or insist on it. I provided materials in advance and was prepared for the appointment, but the appointment was cancelled less than 90 minutes before it was supposed to begin. I understand that schedules change and emergencies happen, but cancelling that close to the appointment time in a sensitive legal matter felt unprofessional and left me scrambling to find other counsel. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to rely on this office for urgent probate or trust-related issues where responsiveness and follow-through are important. Update: After I posted this review, I received a phone call from the attorney. Her tone seemed angry to me, and I found the call rude and unprofessional. It reinforced the concerns I described above. My review is based on my direct experience, and I stand by it.
