In addition to other possible solutions, I’m publishing this Google Review of Attorney Robert Judd, who recently sat as arbitrator in my troubled-sister Joan Kulikowski’s lie-filled complaint against me as Trustee.
Footnote: When you stop a psychopath’s power from her lifelong exploitation of our mother, to protect and shepherd Mom’s end of life care, the psychopath will then do anything and everything in an attempt to destroy the shepherd, her brother.
The plaintiff, Joan Kulikowski resides in Bergen, New York (just West of Rochester) where she has a felony arrest record, has committed flagrant and repeated misuses of the court systems in several states and was heavily involved for 10 plus years in the “Faith Team Ministries” Miami Cult with its ex-con leader until it got shut down. During her sworn testimony she staged a total meltdown where she also admitted to repeatedly stalking her brother’s Ft. Lauderdale residence but in her words, “she was safe because she had a shotgun and was with her big husband.” This was and is just a tidbit of the plaintiff’s sordid life and still the assigned arbitrator Robert Judd took 75 days for his verdict that then makes Joan Kulikowski the Trustee? The defendant/trustee has no criminal record, ever.
Robert Judd ignored the definitive legal defense of “the Statute of Limitations” and apparently gave more credence to the Plaintiff’s lie-filled testimony and her many unqualified groomed and lying witnesses that produced manufactured fake evidence. I have to wonder if Robert Judd was in the same room as everyone else? I have to ask what is his relation to the Plaintiff’s Attorney Ken Mikos? Robert Judd allowed Attorney Ken Mikos to consume all 3 days of the originally scheduled 3 days in December 2023 and then consumed 2 out of 3 days in the rescheduled (February 2024) days of the so-called trial. Robert Judd allowed the Plaintiff to enter fake evidence and testimonies that had nothing to do with the case. Robert Judd, without any research, then penalizes the “Mother’s original choice for Trustee” for his well owed disbursements that are legal and allowed in the Trust document and in Florida statutes.
The Trust document, by the mother, also has several cautions, warnings and directives to investigate Joan Kulikowski’s past and current state of affairs before any disbursement is to be made to Joan Kulikowski and Robert Judd removed the current Trustee/Defendant and makes Joan Kulikowski the Trustee? Unbelievable!
It’s hard to put a label on Robert Judd’s reasons for his bias but maybe he didn’t like my attorney, maybe Robert Judd maintains great bias and jealousy against real men who will stand up to lies and corrupt evil people?
Frankly I wouldn’t use Robert Judd to mediate, arbitrate or litigate a late fee for library book!
Note: Ken Mikos is Joan Kulikowski’s current attorney. He is quite the drama queen actor and I guess he needs the work and will represent anything. Mikos is the only attorney out of many that have not run away at full speed from Joan Kulikowski, even writing off attorney fees just to be clear of her.

This attorney informed my HOA that they should put in restrictions on rentals after my pending buyer had asked about restrictions. Luckily the buyer did not actually care about this and it did not cause a problem. Use someone else.

Incompetent. Charged several thousand dollars on retainer without a successful result. Very disappointed.
