I hired attorney Rudy Mayor to represent me in a highly complex probate and trust dispute involving fraudulent trust amendments and severe breaches of fiduciary duty. After paying him $7,000, his only actual accomplishment was securing an Assignment of Rights for a related corporate fraud claim. I spoke to the paralegal Erin who had emailed me prior to set up an appointment for a consultation with her about a potential case. We spoke briefly on the phone and I told her I would have to reconnect cause I was working. When I reconnected with her she was really nasty saying I never spoke to you on the phone prior not only that when she was doing the console she was really nasty when I had questions and also explaining the process to me. And she said she would call me back letting me know if the attorney would take the case or not and I never heard from her. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I'd be hesitant to hire them as attorneys with a representation of there firm.
