I treated Okwara as a friend for going to his office for a while. I gave him $$$ money to represent me in court on my cases. He failed his basic duty as a lawyer by even show up in court for 1 time. His communication is nonexistent once he has the money. Never was there a single phone call or email on any updates. Even his recent hire assistant is cold and unfriendly. Unprofessional, abrupt, rude and very disrespectful. It was a messy work. Do not believe anything he said. He basically lies about everything! And to my surprise, within less than a month he demanded for additional exorbitant amount money which was never informed before. Broken English as nonnative immigrant and many typos in his paper work. It’s the sloppiest paper work he simply copy paste same answers for different cases without any discussion with the client and faked my signature for affidavit without me knowing anything. I very regretted I wasted my money and time because now I ended up having the same terrible experience as other reviews.

UNPROFESSIONAL! A one star review is too generous for this man. He deserves ZERO STARS. Literally took my aunt’s money and ignored all her phone calls. No update on the case and didn’t even bother to show up to the court date! Believe the reviews and don’t waste your money on him!

Review for my parents: the ONE STAR Reviews are accurate! This lawyer should just have one star or negative! This “Lawyer” cursed out my mom in front of everyone in front of the court room. AFTER HE NEVER SENT THE TENANT THE EVICTION NOTICE. He didn’t follow up with a court date. My parents found out the weekend of after calling his office for two weeks! He didn’t even show up the court date, my parents had to call him over. And after he shows up! He cursed her out with. “FCK YOU” He also lied about “20 years in the business” but he has only 10! Will be reporting him to the board. Also not picking up the phone after 2,000 was paid, he has them “blocked”. Don’t not give your hard earned money to this clown.
