The rude , lazy receptionist in the front gets negative stars. by far the worst smh. she could barely talk to respond to simple questions about coming on as a client and setting up a consultation. basically ignoring and not even bothering to look up, make eye contact or acknowledge potential clients, all while she was making herself seem preoccupied writing something else. shes heavyset, AA, in her 40s maybe. not even a greeting back. wow. complete contrast of other law offices. my agent and I left dumbfounded at that type of person being the front receptionist. she belongs in a filing room, if that. all in all, she seen to bothered by everything, probably even bothered by herself. I never got to meet the lawyer so this review is based off his rude front staff.

I was referred to Mr. Tella and his team by my contractor last year. I had a stubborn and employed tenant who refused to vacate the premises after the 90 day notice. Mr. Tella and his team were professional and responsive during the entire process. His associate in Brooklyn was a powerhouse and helped me get the results I wanted. Tenant and his lawyer initially wanted me to sever ties with housing court and all legal action against the tenant. We pushed back and got his lawyer to agree to my terms. Thank you for your service. I highly recommend him.
