He got one star because it’s a requirement to leave a review. First PLEASE NOTE all his good reviews are 4yrs & older with the exception of a few being 2-3 yrs ago. My experience is very similar to other recent reviews, PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM!! I gave him a document & paid his full fee; however, there were pages I left out so I resent this document in it’s entirety (HE COULD NOT HAVE READ THEM BASED ON HIS RESPONSE) he only responded AFTER ASKING FOR A PARTIAL REFUND AFTER MAKING SEVERAL UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HIM) he could not have given a proper legal evaluation without reading the FULL document. I HIRED a NEW (Realistate) Law Firm in Atlanta who read the document & immediately drew up a letter BASED on what my LEGAL options are. The LAW DID NOT CHANGE from one lawyer reading the same document to another, also
(I forwarded the document to the new law firm from the email I sent him to be sure they saw exactly what he saw)

I work with many real estate closing attorneys in the State of Georgia. I knew something was off when he was really slow on communication and then worse of all... at closing , he missed a HUGE WATER BILL. He corresponded for a bit then and ghosted me. Of course we filed a title claim with my trusted attorney. THE EXPERIENCE HERE WAS AWFUL.
