I work with many real estate closing attorneys in the State of Georgia. I knew something was off when he was really slow on communication and then worse of all... at closing , he missed a HUGE WATER BILL. He corresponded for a bit then and ghosted me. Of course we filed a title claim with my trusted attorney. THE EXPERIENCE HERE WAS AWFUL.

Very "bad" experience with this Attorney! I do "NOT" recommend using this attorney, he made a mistake and forgot to reconcile previous unpaiddelinquent property taxes and cost us a lot of money at our recent closing with him in JUNE/2024 , even worse he is not responding to us at all ! He disappeared and left us with large amount of UNPAID delinquent property taxes by the previous seller ! So unfair :(
We are so surprised to see such unprofessionalirresponsible
behavior from a closing attorney !
We have done hundreds of closings in the past few years with many different attorneys, this is the first time we see anything like this !
