Are they working for the bad guys? On the recorded call line, the rep appeared to try to pressure me into admitting a debt. I do not owe any debt, and this approach felt inappropriate and coercive. She was just very difficult in general to understand.

They blow up your inbox. They're very cookie cutter in what they understand and what they can do for you. She was talking to me like I'm a child, so I hung up. I'm wondering if they're off shores, because everybody has a really strong accent. There's nothing wrong with that, I just question whether they're truly US based.

I would say about ***50% of the reviews*** are from accounts that have 1 or 2 reviews total. Meaning that these 1.account reviews decided their one and only review was of this Law Firm, which makes me question the authenticity.
