We contacted Novick to get advice on living trust. We were advised to rewrite / re-create another Will and go to probate court upon passing. This was not what we wanted and feel we were not advised correctly. We have since learned a lot about setting up a living trust and its benefits on our own and have hired the team to help us.

Not just good. Not just competent. Not just honest. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Donald Novick and his wonderful associates at his firm are truly magnificent experts at probate law. They know the probate world inside out and do a great job (especially in the all important deposition phase to get at the truth). If you are dealing with unscrupulous adversaries who are not living up to their duties - - you better get yourself proper representation or, you will regret it. I am not an attorney. I was not asked to write this for them. I am simply a person who has been fighting to defend my family and their rights and I am deeply grateful for their guidance and management of my family's affairs. Donald Novick and his team, (Michael Sullivan, Albert Messina, Kelly Garone and others) somehow are a special group. They actually do what they say they will. They "get it" and care. I've been around the block a few times in New York City. I've dealt with the biggest and the best of 'em, believe me.
