The Norris Law Group is a very underrated law firm. They genuinely care about their clients, charge significantly less, provide VIP representations for their clients, and are experts at what they do. That combination is very rare for most law firms these days. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Norris Law was disappointing given the stellar reviews. The assigned attorney wasn't unkind, but I felt that the firm felt very hands-off throughout my case, and I did not feel well-supported during the process. While the attorney I worked with was overall responsive, the communication often felt incomplete, as though it was assumed I already understood the legal process and knew which questions to ask. The matter was ultimately completed, but I believe that case took longer than it should have, and there was a lot of uncertainty on my end. I often felt that unless I asked the exact right question, I would not receive additional guidance or context about related issues, even though the case itself seemed fairly straightforward. I also felt hesitant to ask questions because it seemed that every interaction could result in an additional charge. That made an already stressful process feel even more difficult. I even had to ask about meeting with the assigned attorney in person, which surprised me. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and lacking in guidance, especially given that I was also grieving the loss of my mother. I expected more communication, structure, and sensitivity during such an important and emotional process. I would not recommend this firm to someone who needs clear guidance, proactive communication, or emotional sensitivity during the probate process.
