My experience with this attorney was life changing and not for the best. I had an extremely bad experience with this attorney. It’s taken me years to write this review. His office was unprofessional with his step daughter’s fighting between each other. The one, I believe her name was Amanda was truly very unpleasant. This attorney would not return my emails or calls in a timely manner. I also felt like he really was not into my case. It was a very complex and hostile child custody situation. He sent the opposing attorney an incomprehensible email filled with grammatical errors. He scolded me when I tried to push back. What I feared the most happened. He was more like a lab going up against the pit bull of the attorney my ex had. I finally ended our relationship on a Saturday afternoon when he finally decided to get back to me. I should have known better when he mentioned how he likes to smoke weed. I wish I could go back in time and pick another attorney. One who fought for me. My daughter still would be here with us if I did. (Sophie Reeder)

Sometimes men feel hesitant about seeking help during a divorce. There’s often a misconception that the legal system favors women and can be especially tough on men. But my experience proved otherwise.
Michael is an excellent lawyer who truly knows the law and stands firm in defending his clients. From the beginning, he made me feel protected, supported, and genuinely cared for. He was always available whenever I needed answers or clarification, which made a huge difference during such a stressful time.
Whether you are the petitioner or the respondent, divorce can blur your judgment. The emotions involved - especially when past memories resurface - can affect you more than you expect. What stood out about Michael is that he understands this deeply. He was always one step ahead of the situation, guiding me with clarity and confidence. (Thanks to my GOD for that.)

My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I paid $4,000 for legal representation with the understanding that the attorney would handle my family case through mediation. Instead, at my first hearing, the firm sent a criminal attorney to represent me in family court, which accomplished nothing. I was even ordered to pay the opposing attorney’s fees for that day.

At my next hearing, no one from the firm showed up, and the judge questioned me in open court about my missing attorney. The same thing happened again — more excuses, more missed appearances, and more money I had to pay the opposing side. When the attorney finally did appear, the judge noted that he hadn’t been present for earlier hearings, and he ended up withdrawing from my case.

Communication was also terrible. One day I was told a motion had been filed; the next, they said it wasn’t. Later, I found out they withdrew from my case without even notifying me. I have texts showing how inconsistent and unprofessional they were throughout.

Because of their lack of action, I lost the chance to claim child tax credits for 2019, 2021, and 2023, which would have helped reduce my child-support arrears.

This was a complete failure of representation — missed hearings, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable or professional legal help.
