I hired Mr. Nebb to get an assault charge thrown out and he got it done. I was (at first) very pleased. However, when it came time to expunge that charge two years later, he quoted me a price and never spoke to me again after many times calling his office and emailing him. He could have just said he wasn’t interested instead of being a pansy about it. He said $1,500 for the expungement, which I said sounded good. One for me and one for my kid. Never heard from him again. What a waste of my time. I finally got it done with Lemond Law. Try them. This guys a jerk.

My Nebb got an assault charge against me dismissed, I will give him that. However, I had a consultation with him about getting that dismissed charge expunged, we agreed on a price, and then he never answered a phone call or email from me ever again. He should have just said he wasn’t interested in the case instead of leaving me hanging. It was rude and unprofessional to say the least.
