I use Lisa Giese for post decree family court issues in Kane County. My ex was not following our divorce decree. I initially used a Cook county attorney for my divorce but wanted someone closer post decree. When I spoke to other suburban attorneys, they didn’t want to fight and told me to just be happy with what my ex was giving me even though it was less than and in violation of our court ordered decree. Lisa is kind, super responsive, great with numbers, amazing in trial, knowledgeable and strategic in the way of letting you know when to fight and when it’s just not worth it.
