This firm does not provide adequate follow-up or prioritize the interests of its clients. I have been requesting updates on my case for several months, yet no one has responded. In December, I was informed that an update would be available within three weeks, but I have yet to receive any information. Each time I attempt to speak with someone, I am told that my case has been reassigned to a different representative.

Ridiculous on how many times you have to call them for an update it’s ridiculous how they always use the excuse of their in a meeting it’s the unfortunate fact they never answer the phone. It’s the fact every case manager tells you one thing and another tells you something else. Nothing ever adds up. Can never speak the lawyer directly. Can never get a clear answer I don’t recommend this place at all they don’t have your best interest and they are very slowwwwwww moving. You’re better off going to someone else.

I had high hopes when I initially reached out to MyLemonLaw, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to their lack of communication. Despite repeated attempts to get updates on my case, I was often left in the dark, wondering about the status of important matters. Emails and calls frequently went unanswered.

I understand that law firms can be busy, but clear and timely communication is essential when handling legal issues that impact people’s lives. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this firm. I would recommend exploring other options if you value transparency and consistent updates in your legal representation.
