Attorney LeVasseur at this firm is dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. He secretly worked with Attorney/Mediator/Fornos. Fornos had LeVasseur draft an email, but failed to inform the party of the email with settlement terms. instead instructed the party to sign a "Blank" computer screen, allowing that person to think they were agreeing to one term, since that was all that was discussed, knowing LeVasseur's email contained several terms and false statements of the party waiving her rights knowing that never happened, yet still never informed the party of LeVasseur's Fraud. Instead, let that party be harmed by the Fraud which resulted in an unverified competing claimant receiving $300,000 and the party who funded and was the owner of the annuity contracts receives $70,000. Yet Judge Traber seems to think it was ok to subvert a code the states "parties" 4 times and she allowed one party, request enforcement when there was no mutual assent thinking Mediation was ot binding. Never said it in the Settlement Agreement that contained several unknown, never discussed terms. LeVasseur lied to the Court about the screen being blank. He then took the signature and loaded it onto the top of his email to look as though the person had the written terms at the time of signing and did not. I'm really tired of attorneys who lie and have zero ethics. I believe at this point, attorney LeVasseur is guilty of Grand Theft, Fraud by Concealment and both Fornos and LeVasseur have zero professional ethics and are out to harm the public.

Margaret Lodise took our money and won't even write a simple letter. We lost our father's inheritance and knew we had little hope, but Lodise agreed to write a letter for us. In the interim, the person who ran off with the inheritance took everything and moved to Hawaii, land has been sold, years have gone by!! It's painful to have no closure. DO NOT use this firm unless you want to waste your money and be politely strung along for years. How painful and disrespectful. Shame on you!
