My 25% Lawyer

The ones that giving this company 4 to 5 stars must a relative. I highly do not recommend my 25% lawyer to no one! Trying to save will cost you your sanity. It’s been 1 year and 7months no nothing! I even drove 1hr 1/2 to the main office in Atlanta just for the lady at the front to tell me I’m not the only person to come up there for my case to even be discussed. She also to told no one never be in the office and someone will call me. Mind you the lawyer working on my case just told me 3 weeks ago that she will no long be working with them in June 2026. She’s the 2nd person to be over my case. Everyone involved in the accident used another company and they all got paid 6 months after accident. It was a total of 8 people. But my dumb ass listening to ti on the radio thinking this was legit. I regret I signed those papers! No one will call you back, no one will answer that phone, got the nerve to put me on do not disturb because everything gets handled at home on their own cellphones. I hate it I hate I ever dealt with this company. Every time I be trying to support my black people I get disappointed 🥺

This is has been a horrible experience with this law firm i was done with my medical on 3/10/26 an its is now 6/07/26 an haven't got a nothing talking about they sent a demand letter out on 5/6/26 2 months later it doesn't take 2 months to get medical records but they will sit there a lie on the phone im going to not recommend this law firm to no one this is what u get dealing with lawyer that doesn't respect the clients only there bottom line it should always be pressured put on the insurance companies but they just sit back to let they finance company they deal with get more for what they loan u instead of working on your case its the 7th of June an i promise I will be seeking another law firm. Cause this is very very disrespectful to be waiting on them when everything is a clear cut case u get what u we pay for in this law firm that doesn't take there clients serious.

My experience was NOT good the case manager rarely call or email you and I have NEVER spoken to a licensed attorney from this office after leaving several emails and phone calls.

I really hate the fact I had to make this review because advertising makes it seem like this is a professional company but they’re not. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. What should have been a professional and supportive process has instead become over a year of frustration, confusion, and a complete lack of communication. For almost a year, I have struggled to get basic updates about my case. Calls regularly go unanswered, voicemails are not returned, and emails are often ignored with no response at all. It should not be this difficult to communicate with the people handling such an important matter. Every time I reach out for answers, I seem to get passed from one person to another, only to end up with no real information or resolution. At this point, I honestly do not even know who my attorney is anymore because I have been given so much runaround. There has been little consistency, no clear point of contact, and very little effort made to keep me informed. The customer service line is equally frustrating, often going straight to voicemail rather than connecting me with someone who can actually help. To make matters even more confusing, I continue to receive automated emails about my case that reference stages of the process I was previously told my case had already moved beyond. These messages create even more uncertainty because they appear to contradict the information I have been given, and there is no one available to clarify what is actually happening. When communication is already lacking, receiving automated updates that seem inaccurate only adds to the frustration.
The lack of communication, urgency, and overall care for clients is unacceptable. Being involved in a legal matter is already stressful, but the constant uncertainty and inability to get updates has made the experience even more difficult. As a client, I expect transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I have received very little of any of those things. After more than a year of unanswered calls, ignored emails, conflicting automated updates, unreturned messages, and being repeatedly given the runaround, I feel completely unheard and undervalued. I trusted this firm to represent me and keep me informed, but that trust has been seriously damaged by the ongoing lack of communication. Based on my experience and other 1 star reviews that are normally not pushed out by google enough . I cannot recommend this firm and would encourage others to carefully consider whether this level of client service is something they are willing to accept.

I also emailed the manager based on my experience and she replied and said someone should be reaching out. Let’s hope so!

I was recommended this firm by someone. I was involved in a car accident, rear ended by 2 cars 3/9. I am still seeing a Dr for my back. I was told I would have to wait until I am done for treatment to start on my case. Something came up at work and I needed the lawyers advice.. Heather is my case manager. I have left her voice mails, emails, calls, & another one of her associates left a msg to follow up with me and she has yet to respond. I have never been in an accident but i definitely don’t think it should be handled like this.
