				our attorney was good, but they employ a receptionist who is terrible. i called to schedule an appointment to sign our wills and she got mad at me and hung up. crazy story of why. then the office would not answer the phone when i called back. my attorney said he was sorry that i had a bad experience with her receptionist. no apology to me from the receptionist, no word about how it was dealt with. should never happen in the business world, ever. i’ve been around , i’m 71. this is so beyond acceptable that i would absolutely not recommend this practice to anyone no matter how conveniently they are located or what you have heard. the front line people have to be good.

				Sarah Smith is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever experienced. My partner called to ask questions about his father and getting his will/power of attorney sorted. She was rude, sharp and short immediately upon answering the phone. When we tried to ask for further information and confirm we are understanding what she is saying, she spoke with a condescending tone. This interaction left a poor taste in my mouth and I’m concerned for her current and future clients. She doesn’t seem like someone who has respect for others, including her own clients.

				Dealt with an extremely rude, incompetent, nasty girl named Mandy, Sarah Smith's assistant as well as Sarah herself, when I asked for a copy of my will you would have thought I asked for their kidneys, never got return calls, had to consistently call them myself, took over a week and they were so 'put out' and rude at the request, but finally agreed and i was told one price and to be ready to pay when I picked up my copy; they didn't have the invoice ready and kept me waiting 30 minutes and then is was wrong. When I questioned the discrepancy, Mandy looked at her wrist (no watch was present) and stated "I've wasted enough time with you"!! you would think an attorneys office would present a friendly, competent office, but they could care less about clients. Stay away from them!
