My partner and I retained Sandro for a settlement negotiation after we were seriously injured in a bus crash in Peru. Sandro told us everything we wanted to hear until we paid him a $10,000 retainer. After that, it was complete radio silence. He took our money and then completely failed to deliver on his promise to negotiate a settlement for us. He has given us zero tangible evidence of any legal work done on our behalf. This situation goes beyond a simple failure to perform promised services. Sandro took advantage of us in our moment of need. After we survived a horrific bus accident and multiple surgeries (including an amputation), we thought Sandro was going to help us seek justice against the bus company. Instead, to add insult to injury, Sandro stole $10,000 from us.

Extremely disappointing experience. I initially reached out to the firm on May 4th, and the response was swift. Mr. Monteblanco scheduled a Zoom meeting and promised to send a contract within a week, requiring my credit card details. Despite complying with their requests, all I encountered were delays and a lack of follow-up. I regret investing my time and trust in this firm. If zero stars were an option, that would be my rating. I strongly advise looking for a more professional service that values your time and business.

An update on this case, as I just saw Mr. Sandro's comment: You gave us the IMPRESSION that you were actively addressing our case for months, revisiting the matter through emails and consuming our time. This doesn't seem very professional. I hope this strategy serves you well in your business endeavors!
