Worst office experience I have ever had. I went to 26 Broadway in Manhattan on my lunch break just to pick up my husband’s retainer. He is an existing client and had already called twice that morning. Nobody helped him. A staff member who claimed to be a Turkish paralegal was totally rude from the first second. She treated me like I was bothering her on her break (which she kept mentioning), raised her voice, refused to look for the retainer, told me “the client’s papers are not in the office”, and got so aggressive that the doorman had to step in and tell her to calm down and let me talk. Completely rude. Total aggressiveness and unprofessionalism. No manners at all. I later called the attorney. She was even worse on the phone; dismissive, short, and just as rude. It was deeply disappointing. I cannot believe this is how they treat existing clients. Do not waste your time or your money. They do not respond, they do not help, and they do not treat clients with basic respect. FYI: you have a right to a copy of your own retainer. They still have not sent us anything. I documented everything and I am filing an ethics complaint. Disgusting service. Stay away.

After 2 months of talking and gathering documents, they said we can not make time for your case. Do not contact this law firm if you have any chance to get another attorney!
