I had a great experience working with Sara and her team. Sara was always very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, and she provided me with great advice and guidance throughout my case. This firm’s level of service and professionalism is unacceptable and does not warrant a single star. ​My experience was defined by consistently poor and reactive communication. The firm rarely, if ever, initiated contact. I tested this by refraining from reaching out for a month, and as anticipated, there was a complete absence of proactive communication or case updates from their side. ​Critical Failures in Personnel Management ​I learned of my assigned case manager’s departure only after contacting them for a status update on an MRI report. The firm failed to formally notify me of this personnel change, creating a significant and unacceptable lapse in case continuity. ​Unprofessional Conduct and Misleading Availability ​I experienced severe unprofessional conduct when attempting to contact the firm outside of standard business hours. When calling on a Sunday, the representative was dismissive and openly questioned the timing of my call, stating, “Sir, why are you even calling, it’s Sunday, no one’s here. We are normal people with regular lives.” This attitude is unacceptable, especially when the firm explicitly advertises its availability as 24/7. Furthermore, the contact information provided for an alternate attorney was incorrect and offered no assistance with my file. ​Procedural and Financial Inconsistencies ​The process for final settlement disbursement was unnecessarily complicated and protracted. I received conflicting instructions and experienced multiple delays regarding the payment method (initially Venmo, followed by bank transfer, then a required local bank/Zelle transfer). This mismanagement during the final stage of the case created significant and avoidable frustration. ​A warning to future clients: Be prepared to meticulously document every appointment and financial transaction. I was informed that the firm does not send receipts or emails to confirm payments made to medical providers, placing the burden of proof entirely on the client. ​I strongly advise prospective clients to seek representation elsewhere if they require a firm committed to consistent communication, case transparency, and professional conduct.

This is the first time I had to have an attorney for an auto accident; I didn’t know what to expect at all, but Attorney Johnny Angeles & his team were in communication with me consistently.
