Melissa and her team have been super helpful to me in recent years. In 2023 someone close to me was stuck as an unwilling buyer in a contract for a junky house in Cape May. The local attorneys and agents down there said they couldn't do anything and time was running down on the inspection period as the July 4th holiday approached. Luckily I found MJPM and they were able to have the contract cancelled very quickly with no issues. This was truly a godsend.
I also worked with MJPM when listing my house for sale in 2024 which is the current year at the time of this writing. They are very fast and were looking out for my interests. When I had to terminate the sale in the 11th hour because my job situation changed, they were understanding. They will always be my go-to real estate office in NJ and I will always recommend them.
