미국간호사 시험을 통과했는데,면허번호가 나오지 않았고 8월에 통과하고 12월까지 기다리다가 문의글을 남겨도 연락이 없고,전화를 해봐도 기다려라 이런경우가 없다 하더니만 다음해 3월에 영어잘하는 언니가 전화했더니 내 서류가 없어졌고 자기들은 모른다고 ㅡㅡ미국 일처리 느리고 책임감 없다고 들었는데 겪어보니 너무너무 화가나더라구요.. 변호사 선임하는수 밖에 없겠다 싶어 대화가 그래도 통하고 백인변호사보다는 같은 민족이 낫지 않을까 싶어 한인변호사 검색하고 이메일 돌렸는데, 대표 변호사님 답장이 가장 말투가 정중하고 존중받는 느낌이며 가격도 합리적인 곳(견적이 제일 저렴하진 않았으나 제가 생각한 적정가격..너무싸면 일처리 제대로 안할듯 싶어서)이라 정했는데,5월에 고용하고 일처리가 엄청 빠릅니다.김성균 변호사님 진짜 답답하지않게 계속 상황 피드백 해주시고 적극적으로 도와주셔서 11월말에 드디어 발급받았습니다. 진짜 변호사껴야 일처리가 됩니다 ㅜㅜ한국에서 메일을 보내면 시차가 안맞을텐데 거의 보내자마자 읽습니다..잠을 안주무시나.. 암튼 전 굉장히 만족!! 나중에 이민갈때도 찾겠습니다 ㅎㅎ

I passed the U.S. nursing exam, but I didn't receive my license number. I passed in August and waited until December, but even after leaving an inquiry, I received no response. When I called, they told me to just wait, saying this never happens. Then, in March of the following year, my sister, who speaks English well, called, and they claimed my documents had disappeared and they knew nothing about it. I had heard that the U.S. process is slow and irresponsible, but experiencing it firsthand made me incredibly angry. I decided my only option was to hire a lawyer. I figured I could communicate better and that a fellow Korean lawyer would be better than a white one, so I searched for Korean lawyers and sent out emails. The representative attorney's reply was the most polite and made me feel respected, and the price was reasonable (it wasn't the cheapest quote, but it was what I considered a fair price... I was worried that if it was too cheap, they wouldn't handle the work properly). I chose them, and I hired them in May. Their work has been incredibly fast. Attorney Kim Sung-kyun really kept me from getting frustrated; he constantly provided feedback on my situation and actively helped me, so I finally received my license at the end of November. You really need a lawyer to get things done. Since I'm sending emails from Korea, the time difference must be a problem, but they read them almost immediately after I send them... Do they never sleep? Anyway, I am extremely satisfied!! I will definitely use them again when I immigrate in the future.
