I strongly recommend that you think twice before doing business with this law firm. Based on my experience, I felt like my well-being as an injured client was not a priority and that the financial side of the case mattered more than keeping me informed and properly represented. After my accident in November of last year, this firm sent me a letter in the mail. I was having difficulty finding an attorney in my area who could represent me for an accident that occurred in New Jersey, so I contacted them and became a client in December. Communication has been an ongoing problem. I repeatedly reached out for updates and answers to questions, only to be told that someone would call me back—and many times, no one ever did. In July, someone from the firm contacted me and said I would receive an update on my case. A month went by with no update. Because I don't live near their office, I rely heavily on phone and email communication, which made their lack of follow-through even more frustrating. I was also sent documents electronically to sign without anyone first clearly explaining what the documents were or what I was agreeing to. When I asked questions before signing, I felt like I was given the runaround. A client should be able to ask questions about legal documents before signing them and receive a clear explanation without feeling like they are being difficult for asking. What makes this experience even more upsetting is that I spoke with the firm just last week and was told I might need additional scans because one of my previous scans was not accurate. Then today, after representing me since December, I received an EMAIL—not even a phone call—informing me that they no longer wanted to represent me. After months of treatment, waiting, repeatedly requesting updates, and trusting this firm with my case, I find the way this was handled extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The lack of consistent communication, unanswered questions, broken promises to call back, and last-minute decision to stop representing me have left me feeling like I wasted valuable time trusting this firm. If you are considering hiring this firm, especially for a personal injury case, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about communication, case updates, and what happens if they decide to withdraw from your case. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend them to my friends or family.
