I hired Steven for a traffic infraction case. Unfortunately, the trial was delayed twice because my subpoenaed witness failed to appear. Both Steven and I remained patient; we were committed to a fair trial to contest a wrongfully cited ticket. Even though he was on a flat fee structure—meaning multiple appearances weren't in his financial interest—he stayed dedicated to the case. When the witness failed to show a third time, the judge moved forward, and we had to pivot our defense strategy. I followed Steven's advice, and we won!
