Like other reviews I also would not recommend this law firm.

Our HOA retained her services and ultimately ended up going to court. Lost the case then Appealed the case, and lost that as well. One judgement alone was over $59,000!

I owned and ran an association management company in the treasure Valley for 12 years and also served on a couple of HOA boards where I lived. A number of times I utilized Brindee for HOA legal consultation and always found her to be extremely knowledgeable and current on Idaho Association law. Equally important, she takes a reasonable and logical approach to analyzing situations and provides an honest assessment ....as opposed to other attorneys I have worked with who will take and "milk" a case, even when there's not really a case to be had. I write this review a year after retaining Brindee Collins and working closely with her as the president of a 253-member HOA. We faced a unique situation in that the entire leadership of a prior board had been voted out for autocratically filing a lawsuit against a developer that the majority of homeowners opposed. A new board was voted in to address this impasse. After interviewing 3 different HOA specialist attorneys, Brindee was the standout candidate. She is a seasoned expert who tells it like it is with confidence and assurance. Brindee helped us navigate a contentious issue that had divided our close-knit neighborhood. She masterfully chaired several emotionally-charged neighborhood meetings with aplomb and effortless charm. She is creative, persistent, and a hard worker who goes the extra mile to ensure every base is covered and to achieve a successful outcome. Looking back, Brindee Collins was the best and smartest decision this board has made. I would recommend her without reservation to any HOA that needs a tireless, passionate advocate in its corner.
